Counselling for women in Burlington, Ontario
You’re the one everyone turns to. You hold it together for your kids, your job, your family—but inside, you're barely keeping up. If you're a woman or mom in Burlington who’s ready for a reset, therapy can help you reconnect with yourself and breathe again.
How it works

02
Personalized, one-on-one sessions
I offer online sessions that fit into your life and meet you where you are. You don’t need to “have it together” to begin. You just need a space to feel seen.
03
Evidence-based therapeutic techniques
My trauma-informed, somatic approach helps you process burnout, anxiety, and disconnection so you can feel like yourself again—not the version you’ve been pretending to be.

I have thoroughly enjoyed working with Sarah – whenever I have needed her assistance she is always willing to help. Sarah is a dedicated instructor who is very committed to her student's success. In my role as Education Assistant I interact daily with the student population and more than once I have been told by Sarah's students how much they value not only what she has taught them but how much they appreciate the role she has played in developing them as a career professional.
