Counselling for women in Fort Erie and Ridgeway, Ontario
If you’re a woman in Fort Erie or Ridgeway, showing up for everyone else but feeling disconnected from yourself, you’re not alone. You’ve been holding it together, pushing through, and trying to make it all work. Online counselling gives you the space to finally put yourself first—without guilt or shame.
How it works
01
Book an intro call
You don’t need a diagnosis or a breakdown to ask for support. Our first conversation is a pressure-free space where you can name what’s been heavy and finally be heard.
02
Personalized, one-on-one sessions
Whether you’re snapping at your kids, zoning out at work, or staying up late just to get a moment alone—this space is for you. We’ll work with your real life, not against it.
03
Evidence-based therapeutic techniques
We’ll use science-backed, trauma-informed practices to help you regulate your nervous system, set boundaries that support you, and reconnect with the version of you who deserves ease and care.
