Counselling for women in Niagara Falls, Ontario
Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming—especially when you're already juggling so much. That’s why I offer trauma-informed, personalized counselling for women in Niagara Falls and surrounding areas. Whether you’re navigating motherhood, burnout, anxiety, or past wounds that still feel heavy, my approach blends compassion and strategy to help you reconnect with yourself and finally feel like you again.
How it works
01
Book an intro call
We’ll explore what’s going on beneath the surface—what’s been weighing you down, and what kind of support you truly need. You don’t have to do this alone, and this first conversation can be a powerful step toward a calmer, more connected you.
02
Personalized, one-on-one sessions
Each session is tailored to your life. Whether you’re unraveling the guilt of not doing “enough,” struggling to set boundaries, or simply trying to breathe through the chaos, our time together is focused on real-life strategies and emotional healing that fit your actual day-to-day.
03
Evidence-based therapeutic techniques
I draw from methods like CBT, ACT, and trauma-informed somatic work—not to give you a checklist, but to offer tools that meet you where you are. These approaches help you understand your patterns, soften the self-judgment, and build new ways of showing up for yourself and your people.
