Counselling for women in St. Catharines, Ontario

You don’t have to hold it all together alone. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed by the weight of motherhood, struggling to juggle your roles, or quietly battling burnout—there’s space here for you. I offer trauma-informed, evidence-based counselling for women in St. Catharines and surrounding areas, with sessions designed to help you reclaim calm, clarity, and confidence.

How it works

01

Book an intro call

We’ll explore what’s feeling heavy in your life right now—whether that’s parenting, work, relationships, or your inner world—and see if my counselling style is the right fit to support you.

02

Personalized, one-on-one sessions

Every session is tailored to your real life. Whether we’re working through anxiety, people-pleasing, emotional exhaustion, or the complexities of identity and motherhood, you’ll get the kind of care that honors your strengths while gently shifting what’s no longer serving you.

03

Evidence-based therapeutic techniques

I use a blend of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), somatic approaches, and trauma-informed care. Together, we’ll build a toolbox rooted in science and grounded in compassion—so you can step out of the cycle of guilt, perfectionism, and over-functioning.
