Counselling for women in Welland, Ontario

If you're a woman in Welland carrying more than your share—emotionally, mentally, and physically—you’re not alone. Life can feel like too much and not enough all at once. Through online, trauma-informed counselling, I help women like you process the overwhelm, reconnect with yourself, and feel more grounded in your life and relationships.

How it works

01

Book an intro call

Let’s start with a conversation. No pressure—just space to talk about what’s going on, what’s not working, and how you want to feel. This is your time, and you don’t have to have it all figured out to begin.

02

Personalized, one-on-one sessions

This isn’t cookie-cutter therapy. We’ll focus on what’s real for you—whether that’s late-night anxiety, mom guilt that won’t quit, or the exhaustion of holding everything together. I meet you where you are and help you find steady ground.

03

Evidence-based therapeutic techniques

I use an integrative blend of approaches like CBT, ACT, and somatic-based practices to help you shift your internal dialogue, calm your nervous system, and make space for the version of you that’s been buried under the pressure.
