Therapy in Niagara-on-the-Lake, ON | Counsellor Sarah Hope

Welcome. If you're navigating burnout, stress, motherhood, or feeling like you're holding it all together but barely hanging on this space is for you. I offer online therapy rooted in honesty, compassion, and evidence-based care to help women like you reconnect with themselves and feel truly supported.

How it works

01

Book an intro call

Your healing journey starts with a simple, no-pressure call. We'll chat about what you're going through and how I might support you, so you can decide if we’re the right fit.

02

Personalized, one-on-one sessions

No one-size-fits-all advice here. Every session is customized to your lived experience, your needs, and your pace. This is your space to process, cry, laugh, vent, and grow.

03

Evidence-based therapeutic techniques

I blend approaches like somatic therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and coaching tools to guide you through burnout, anxiety, identity shifts, and emotional overload.

I have thoroughly enjoyed working with Sarah – whenever I have needed her assistance she is always willing to help. Sarah is a dedicated instructor who is very committed to her student's success. In my role as Education Assistant I interact daily with the student population and more than once I have been told by Sarah's students how much they value not only what she has taught them but how much they appreciate the role she has played in developing them as a career professional.
