Sarah changed my life and gave me hope and the support and skill set to follow through on and build a future with purpose, value and loving connections that, 7 years ago when first introduced to her counselling services, I believed impossible.  I would wholeheartedly endorse and recommend Sarah to anyone looking for for support and counsel through any aspect of their life and personal healing and growth.

I have thoroughly enjoyed working with Sarah – whenever I have needed her assistance she is always willing to help. Sarah is a dedicated instructor who is very committed to her student's success. In my role as Education Assistant I interact daily with the student population and more than once I have been told by Sarah's students how much they value not only what she has taught them but how much they appreciate the role she has played in developing them as a career professional.

Thanks to Sarah's dedication and expertise, I have made significant progress in my recovery. I feel more empowered and equipped to face life's challenges. I wholeheartedly recommend her counseling services to anyone seeking help—she truly has a gift for guiding others on their path to healing.
